How we collect, use and protect personal data.

This notice explains what personal data TIY GEO collects through this website and the free AI visibility check, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. It follows the notice requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect
When you request a free check we collect the company name, website address and markets you ask us to test, plus your name, work email and anything you type in the message field. If you give them, we also keep your industry, competitors, job title and phone number. Our server records the time of the request, the page language and the referring source, so we know how the enquiry reached us.
We do not ask for and do not want identity numbers, financial details or any special category of personal data. Please do not send them through the form.
Why we collect it
To prepare the report you asked for, to reply to you about it, and to keep a record of what we promised and delivered. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your details. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask for your consent first and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the service work: Cloudflare (hosting and the database that stores enquiries), our email provider, and our internal messaging tool, which notifies our own staff that a request has arrived. These providers process the data on our instructions. We do not share enquiry data with clients, partners or advertisers.
Where it is stored
Our site and database run on Cloudflare’s global network, so data may be stored or processed outside Singapore. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual and security commitments, and we keep the amount of data we transfer to what the service needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. If we work together, we keep the records for the length of the engagement and 24 months afterwards, because we may need them to answer questions about what was delivered. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Your language choice is stored in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time, and that value never leaves your device. If we add measurement later, we will update this notice first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to info@tiy-it.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (www.pdpc.gov.sg).

Changes to this notice
When our practices change we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not apply a new purpose to data we already hold without telling you first.
