These terms apply when you use this website or ask us for a free AI visibility check. They are not a service contract: any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement.

Using this website

You may read, quote and link to our pages. You may not copy them wholesale, resell them, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, or attempt to break its security. If you send us a request through the form, the information you give must be accurate and must not belong to someone else.

What we sell is the work, not an outcome

Paid work is defined by a written scope: the questions we will ask, the platforms we will test on, the sources we will correct, the number of reports and the dates they are due. Delivery is measured against that scope. It is not conditional on a model mentioning you, on a ranking, or on any commercial result at your end.

What the free check is

The check is a reading of what AI assistants currently say about your business for a set of questions we agree with you. It is a snapshot of a moving target, not a guarantee, and it does not create an ongoing obligation on either side.

No guarantee of results

AI assistants change their answers without notice, and no one controls what they say. We do not promise that a model will mention you, recommend you, rank you, or keep doing so. What we commit to is the work described in a proposal: the questions asked, the answers recorded, the fixes made at source, and the report you receive.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and code of this site belong to us. Reports we produce for a client belong to that client once the invoice is paid, except for our methods and templates, which stay ours. Material you send us stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to do the work.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of this site or from a change in what an AI assistant says. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If any part of this section is held to be unreasonable or unenforceable, the rest of it continues to apply.

Using a client’s name or data

We will not publish a client’s name, logo, screenshots, figures or quotations without that client’s written permission, and we will withdraw them within seven days of a request to do so. Work we do on our own company is labelled as our own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
